How to use a mobile boarding pass?

Mobile (electronic) boarding pass is a document that you receive after completing online check-in. It contains a QR-code which allows you to enter the preflight area at the airport and serves as an electronic equivalent of a paper boarding pass.

Here is a list of airports where they may accept an electronic boarding pass (please check the airport's website for current information):

Arkhangelsk, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Makhachkala, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Perm, St. Petersburg, Samara, Sochi, Tyumen, Ufa, Chelyabinsk.

How to use an electronic boarding pass:

After completing online check-in, you'll be able to open or screenshot your boarding pass with the QR-code. You'll need to show the part of your electronic boarding pass with the QR-code on your mobile phone screen when passing through security checks before entering the preflight zone.

If you are flying from other airports, we recommend that after checking in, you print out your boarding pass (paper version, without QR-code) yourself, or receive your boarding pass at the check-in counter.

Keep in mind
A regular paper boarding pass, stamped with proof of passing control (which might be required for business trips, for example), can be obtained at the airport registration desk. Check-in for flights closes 40 minutes before departure.
