What should you do before leaving home?
Double-check your itinerary receipt
All correct? If everything is in order, you can confidently continue preparing for your trip.
If you can’t find your itinerary receipt, don’t worry reach out to us, and we’ll help you (Select the category "Ticket Issuance. Booking Management" and the subtopic "Request Itinerary Receipt").
Make sure everything fits the rules
The items you’re bringing on board as carry-on luggage and/or the checked baggage you’ll hand over at check-in must comply with our guidelines:
- carry-on luggage for all fares — 1 item, 10 kg, 40×30×20 cm;
- checked baggage for Smart — 1 item, 10 kg, with total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 203 cm;
- checked baggage for SmartPro — 1 item, 23 kg, with total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 203 cm.
This is important for avoiding extra charges at the airport, otherwise you'll have to pay extra at the airport.
In case you overpacked
By the way, aside from your carry-on, there are additional personal items you can bring into the cabin. Lastly, make sure your belongings don’t contain any prohibited items.
Manage your time
Getting to the airport, checking in, and passing through security can sometimes take longer than expected.
Plan your departure from home ahead of time
If you’re traveling with only standard carry-on luggage and want to save time, we have a great option 👇

Check your documents before leaving
Make sure you have your passport or another document used to book your ticket. It’s important that it is valid for your trip and that the details on the ticket match the details in the document you’ll use to fly.
Don’t forget your boarding pass if you checked in online.
Think ahead about your comfort on board
Choose clothes for your flight that are both comfortable and warm. If your ears tend to pop during takeoff and landing, bring some hard candy or chewing gum—it’s tasty and will make it easier on your ears.
Speaking of snacks, feel free to bring a light snack with you. If you didn’t have time to prepare one, we’ll offer you options from our paid menu on board.
For those who enjoy a meal in the air, there’s another option 👇
