If you are transporting skis

Everything must be packed in one overall bag or two separate bags.

Items not included in the set will incur an additional charge
Please do not pack anything extra in the equipment bags. Transportation of items not included in the set must be paid for.
Service refund
When changing the flight date/time or route

The service will be canceled.

If you decide to change your travel route or date and notify us in advance - before the original flight time, the money for the services will be refunded.

The refund is processed at the place where the service was purchased. For the carriage of ski equipment, it is necessary to re-register and pay for the service.

In case of voluntary refund of an additional service

We will fully refund the money for additional services if you decide to cancel them and have submitted a request to us before the flight time.

If the flight time has already passed, it will not be possible to get a refund.

In case of involuntary refusal of carriage

If you have to refuse the flight for compelling reasons, we will refund the full cost of the service.

The following are considered compelling reasons:
  • illness of the passenger or a close relative traveling together;
  • death of a close relative;
  • flight cancellation;
  • flight rescheduling by 2 hours or more;
  • flight rescheduling by 15 minutes or earlier.
