Smartavia — Best in Eurasian Aviation Marketing
The airline Smartavia became a laureate of the Eurasian Award in Aviation Marketing for 2025 year. The Award was presented based on the results of an expert jury assessment in accordance with a list of objective measurable criteria, qualitative characteristics of company activities, and their high achievements in 2024 and the first half of 2025.
The award jury noted the accuracy and effectiveness of the airline's marketing communications. In particular, the Smartavia marketing campaign "Values at Altitude" was nominated for the award, achieving a reach of over 22 million contacts with more than 10 thousand discussions on social media. The campaign used the employer brand as a marketing news hook. As a result, the brand image became associated with ease and modernity.
Another contribution to the airline's victory was its collaboration with Russian charitable foundations in the field of social marketing. Some time ago, Smartavia launched joint projects with foundations, supporting initiatives in the areas of inclusion and assistance to passengers with health specificities. The reach of this campaign exceeded 29.5 million contacts.
All these activities allowed the airline to increase brand recognition metrics and the level of emotional engagement, which, in turn, led to a growth of the NPS1 (Net Promoter Score) indicator by more than 24 percentage points compared to the previous year, alongside high organic media citation and positive growth in the indices of airline brand mentions online.
— The marketing component of the business strategy significantly impacts the achievement of set goals within the airline as a whole, which is why we pay great attention to this area. Winning the competition is evidence that we are on the right development path, — said Yuliana Tyazhelnikova, Marketing and Customer Service Director of Smartavia.
The Eurasian Award in Aviation Marketing was established to encourage companies and organizations in the aviation industry of the Eurasian region that have shown the best results in public, scientific, production, commercial, or other activities.
Previously, the airline Smartavia was twice recognized with the Eurasian Award in Fuel Provision for its participation in an innovative project for smart aircraft refueling using the Smart Fuel digital platform based on blockchain technology.
