Who can use the service
The age of the child is determined on the date of transportation from the departure airport (point) specified in the ticket.
Child aged 5 to 12 years
Mandatory for those traveling alone
Child aged 12 to 16 yearss
At the discretion of the parents(guardians)
Pricing
The fee for transporting an unaccompanied child is 4,900 rubles.
The fee must be paid for each flight segment. This means that if the unaccompanied child has multiple legs in their ticket (e.g., Arkhangelsk – Moscow and Moscow – Arkhangelsk), the service fee must be paid for both the outbound and return flights.
How to book
The "Unaccompanied Children" service can only be used by the child's legal representatives: parents, adoptive parents, guardians, or custodians. Full conditions for providing the service

In locations without Smartavia offices, tickets for unaccompanied children can be purchased at airline ticket agencies, provided that these agencies receive written permission from the airline (email for agencies to adress to agent@flysmartavia.com).

Service Refund
When changing the flight date/time or route

The service will be canceled.

If you decide to change your travel route or date and notify us in advance - before the original flight time, the money for the services will be refunded.

The refund is processed at the place where the service was purchased. For the carriage of an unaccompanied child, it is necessary to re-register and pay for the service.

In case of voluntary refund of an additional service

We will fully refund the money for additional services if you decide to cancel them and have submitted a request to us before the flight time.

If the flight time has already passed, it will not be possible to get a refund.

In case of involuntary refusal of carriage

If you have to refuse the flight for compelling reasons, we will refund the full cost of the service.

The following are considered compelling reasons:
  • illness of the passenger or a close relative traveling together;
  • death of a close relative;
  • flight cancellation;
  • flight rescheduling by 2 hours or more;
  • flight rescheduling by 15 minutes or earlier.
