Can I send an unaccompanied child alone?
We pay special attention to the comfort of the smallest travelers. To do this, we have prepared for you the service "Unaccompanied minors".
With us, your young travelers are in good hands. We treat their needs with great attention:
- at the airport;
- during flight;
- after the plane has landed.
The service can only be issued together with buying the ticket through:
- call center;
- our sales offices;
- authorized agencies in your city;
- our website.
A tip from the traveler
The "Unaccompanied minors" service is provided to children aged 5 to 12 who are flying on their own. On domestic flights children can fly without their parents' guidance. At the request of parents (guardians), the service can also be provided to children from 12 to 16 years old.
