How much does it cost to transport an animal?
The total weight of the animal/bird and a carrier/cage is not included in the passenger’s free baggage allowance.

Before transportation, it is necessary to notify the airline
To transport an animal/bird, please inform us in advance: at the time of booking, when purchasing your airline ticket, via the feedback form on the website, social media, or the Smartavia call center. This is required because the transportation of animals and birds is done with the airline's consent. There may also be restrictions on the number and types of animals and birds being transported.
Service refund
When changing the flight date/time or route

The service will be canceled.

If you decide to change your travel route or date and notify us in advance - before the original flight time, the money for the services will be refunded.

The refund is processed at the place where the service was purchased. For the carriage of a pet on the flight, it is necessary to re-register and pay for the service.

In case of voluntary refund of an additional service

We will fully refund the money for additional services if you decide to cancel them and have submitted a request to us before the flight time.

If the flight time has already passed, it will not be possible to get a refund.

In case of involuntary refusal of carriage

If you have to refuse the flight for compelling reasons, we will refund the full cost of the service.

The following are considered compelling reasons:
  • illness of the passenger or a close relative traveling together;
  • death of a close relative;
  • flight cancellation;
  • flight rescheduling by 2 hours or more;
  • flight rescheduling by 15 minutes or earlier.
